OUR POLICIES

All clients are required to have an active card on file to hold their appointment. This card is only used for a late cancellation or a no show. All payments are received after treatment is completed.

Clients have up until 24 hours before their appointment to cancel for free. 20% of the appointment value will be charged to the card on file if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before. This allows time for those slots to get filled.

In case of a no show, 50% of the appointment value will be charged to the card on file.
